Dawgman Radio - Post-Spring

SEATTLE - Kim Grinolds, Scott Eklund and Chris Fetters spoke Friday about the Steve Sarkisian effect and what took place during Sarkisian's first spring as head coach of the Washington Huskies in this segment of Dawgman Radio. Besides breaking down spring position-by-position, the three also talked about the moves made by Sarkisian and his staff off the field to get things headed back toward the Washington of old. They also briefly touched on what happens for Sarkisian now that spring football is over, namely recruiting. To listen to the segment, click on the title link.

Dawgman Radio - Softy and Sarkisian

SEATTLE - With the news of Steve Sarkisian taking over Washington's football program at the Don James Center, one of the more interested media spectators Monday was Dave 'Softy' Mahler, host of the Husky Honks show on KJR 950 AM radio. Dawgman.com's Kim Grinolds spoke with Softy about the hire and his thoughts about what Sarkisian will bring to the table as he attempts to turn things around. Click on the title link for more.

Dawgman Radio - ASU

OL and Fouch
SEATTLE - As we've done with previous segments, it was time to bring in another big gun to help with this week's Dawgman Radio. In from Chicago, noted UW columnist and blogger John Berkowitz was on hand to see the Huskies get taken out by Arizona State 39-19. He spoke with Scott Eklund, Kim Grinolds and Chris Fetters after the game about what he saw, as well as the state of the UW program. Click on the title link to listen to the segment.

Dawgman Radio - USC

LOS ANGELES - It wasn't pretty, it was barely watchable. But Kim Grinolds and Chris Fetters of Dawgman.com were at USC's 56-0 whitewashing of Washington and lived to talk about it in this week's segment of Dawgman Radio. It's a weird dynamic, watching a fired coach manage out the string - and that's exactly what Tyrone Willingham is doing at UW, for better or worse. To listen to the segment, click on the title link.

Dawgman Radio - Notre Dame

Nate Williams
SEATLE - With $1 to Jerry Brewer, the staff of Dawgman.com are here again, talking about the same things after another Washington loss - this time 33-7 to Notre Dame, the program that unceremoniously dumped Tyrone Willingham after three years. That move, in hindsight, is looking better and better with every notch piled up in the Huskies' loss column - now at 32 and counting. What is there to talk about?

Well, we tried to make some sense out of nonsense that was the Notre Dame game, as well as talk a little bit about the future and what most certainly will be interesting times as the pressure from outside Montlake continues to exert itself. To listen to the segment, click on the title link.
