Dawgman Radio - Notre Dame

Nate Williams
SEATLE - With $1 to Jerry Brewer, the staff of Dawgman.com are here again, talking about the same things after another Washington loss - this time 33-7 to Notre Dame, the program that unceremoniously dumped Tyrone Willingham after three years. That move, in hindsight, is looking better and better with every notch piled up in the Huskies' loss column - now at 32 and counting. What is there to talk about?

Well, we tried to make some sense out of nonsense that was the Notre Dame game, as well as talk a little bit about the future and what most certainly will be interesting times as the pressure from outside Montlake continues to exert itself. To listen to the segment, click on the title link.

Dawgman Radio - Bye Week

SEATTLE - This week's Dawgman Radio wasn't about Washington football at all. Bye weeks often afford us an opportunity to broaden our horizons and see what the rest of the country is doing. Scott Eklund watched Georgia beat up on Tennessee, while Kim Grinolds and Chris Fetters watched some Bayou Bengals get whupped on by those pesky Florida Gators. What things did we learn? Tune in and find out! Click on the title link to listen to the podcast.

Dawgman Radio - Arizona

Baggett and Bruns
TUSCON, Ariz. - Gentle Ben's Brew Pub on University Avenue was the place, but it turned out to be anything but gentle. The Dawgman crew thought we had seen everything earlier that night in Arizona's 48-14 whitewashing of the Washington Huskies, but apparently that was just prelude. Kim Grinolds, special guest Bill Fleenor and Chris Fetters took roughly a half-hour to dissect the Huskies' - their gameplan against Arizona, their execution (or lack thereof), and their failure to achieve any of their objectives to date. If you disagree, just look at the scoreboard. We also talked at length about Scott Woodward and the new AD's thoughts on firing a coach mid-season, as well as what he expects going down the road. And during this segment, we got harassed by Mother Nature in the form of a thunder and lightning storm with plenty of rain. We also witnessed a near-brawl about 10 feet from where we were recording. Perhaps you can hear when that goes down. Click on the title link for the segment. Enjoy!
